Returns Within 48 Hours

We accept returns within 48 hours of purchase or delivery, in any condition — no questions asked.

Returns After 48 Hours

If the appliance is working properly, returns after 48 hours are subject to the following fees:

30% restocking fee applies
$125 pickup fee applies

Non-Refundable Items

Delivery fees are non-refundable
Service fees are non-refundable

Warranty

All appliances come with manufacturer warranty. LG appliances include a 30-day in-store warranty plus 1 year free CPS warranty. GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid and more brands include full manufacturer coverage.
